Our 20 years of investment building performance marketing solutions means we are best positioned to offer our clients a better way to deliver outcomes from their media.About the roleDigital Remedy, a Performance Media Partner, seeks a strategically creative Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations.In this role, you will help drive brand awareness/demand through content creation across formats and assist with the activation of various marketing initiatives, including internal/external communications, product and sales marketing package launches, and sponsored event support. You will also provide sales enablement support to drive revenue opportunities through the creation of audience, competitive, and industry/vertical insights.What you'll doThe marketing team plays a key role within the company, wearing numerous hats and covering multiple disciplines, including, but not limited to, corporate marketing, content creation, product and sales marketing, internal/external communications, marketing performance analytics and operations, paid media, as well as national and local sponsored event planning/support.In this unique role, you will collaborate with members across the entire marketing team, from product and sales marketing to design. We are looking for a fast-learning, self-starter who will help us create a strong brand presence and elevate our position as a knowledgeable resource in the digital ad space. Sophisticated attention to detail and passion for efficiency is a must for this individual to be successful in this role. Your responsibilities will cover the following five pillars:Content Creation & ActivationLeverage the Asana platform to support the management of our master Marketing Activation Calendar, including importing/updating projects to ensure timely delivery and managing automation templates to improve daily workflows and processes.Build, schedule, and report on internal/external emails (e.g., marketing team updates, ad hoc email campaigns, and monthly newsletters), including drafting copy and creating UTMs for accurate website tracking.Manage social media posting, including drafting captions and generating engaging and relevant content via various formats (text posts, images, videos, and stories) to attract and retain audience interest and drive engagement.Sales EnablementLead the research and insights process by collaborating with sales to understand business objectives and challenges, delivering educational materials that enhance client knowledge of brand positioning, target audience attributes, and strategies to drive brand favorability and performance through key digital marketing channels.Account-Based Marketing (ABM)Support the ABM creation, execution, and optimization of campaign sales process designed to engage prospects in the early stages of the sales funnel (e.g., lead generation, email nurturing, and targeted digital ads).Assist in crafting and managing lead nurturing campaigns using marketing automation tools to move prospects down the sales funnel and ensure they are sales-ready, including the creation of targeted email campaigns (e.g., drip campaigns, product marketing announcements, and prospecting emails) that align with the sales team's outreach efforts.Corporate Marketing & OperationsWork closely with our People Team to assist with new hire onboarding, employee offboarding, internal communications regarding employee engagement initiatives, client and employee gifting, industry award submissions, etc.Create and submit monthly marketing expense reports and organize external invoices for the marketing budget.Sponsored Event SupportAssist with organization and execution of local and national sponsored events, including collaborating with the design team to ensure timely delivery of all required promotional assets.Own swag requests, including managing in-office inventory, shipping out items as needed for upcoming client meetings and sponsored events, submitting orders for new items, and assisting with placing client holiday gift orders.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Experience: At least 2+ years experience in sales support/enablement, ABM, or pre-sales marketing, preferably in the AdTech, B2B, SaaS, or digital marketing space. Has a foundational understanding of the ad tech/digital media industry, solutions, major players, and how the ecosystem works.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot CMS/CRM, Asana). Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hubspot reports) is a plus.Communication Skills: You're a strong communicator with the ability to translate complex information into simplified, value-focused stories using different types of data and insights. Prior experience supporting Sales Teams through client-facing materials is a plus.Content Creation: Top-notch writing, proofreading, and editing skills; able to craft persuasive and engaging narratives. Experience developing a variety of content, including, but not limited to, blogs, emails, and solution-focused collateral (Examples of prior work is a plus).Project Management: You're detail-oriented and disciplined, with the ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously. You're highly organized and can prioritize tasks to ensure things don't slip through the cracks. Vendor/partner relationship management experience is a plus.Analytical & Data-Driven: You're a problem-solver at heart with a strategic mindset. You can comprehend boolean logic to work effectively within a research platform. You understand the B2B sales process: how demand is generated, how leads are captured, and how sales moves those leads down the pipeline.Salary Range The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 to $65,000. This position is full-time, includes benefits with work occurring during typical weekday business hours. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.This is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this position. The final salary will consider a person's experience, accomplishments and location.
