You'll also brief content needs to partners, creators, influencers, agencies, brands, and employees to ensure we have a steady pipeline of high-quality, brand-aligned content.Brand Builder - You'll bring evo's brand purpose and all our sub-brands to life, ensuring our social media presence authentically represents our values, community, employees, and business pillars.Campaign Execution - Support internal campaigns and big product stories across social. Engagement & Strategy - You'll help shape and execute our social strategy, keeping a pulse on trends, optimizing content for performance, and engaging directly with our audience. RequirementsThe Must Haves**Must be in Seattle**4+ years of social media experience - ideally with a mix of content creation, community engagement, and brand storytelling.A creator and editor mindset - You thrive in both roles, balancing big-picture storytelling with the details that make content great.A passion for the outdoor industry - You understand and connect with evo's culture and community.A knack for making social feel organic - You know how to create content that's real, raw, and resonates with the evo audience.Embodies, honors, and lives our core values: The Great 8 Skills & Experience4+ years of social media experience - With a focus on content creation, community engagement, and brand storytelling for a brand or retailer. The base wage for this role ranges from $81,520 to $122,280. Where you land in that range depends on your skills and experience, and we also factor in internal pay equity. While the full range is listed for this role, we rarely hire at the top of the range, leaving room for professional and financial growth in role. At evo, we continually evolve our pay process and total rewards offerings to ensure pay is fair and easy to understand. Salary Description $81,520 to $122,280
