Our client, a leading consulting firm specializing in strategy and performance improvement for healthcare organizations, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Chief of Staff. This role will support the CEO and drive operational excellence, ensuring alignment with the firm's mission to empower healthcare leaders with innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to refine and implement the firm's strategic vision. Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support high-level decision-making and priority setting.
- Oversee the optimization of daily operations across all business units, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Identify process inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects that align with the firm's strategic initiatives. Ensure timely execution and alignment of resources across various departments.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Serve as a liaison to facilitate communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Develop metrics and dashboards to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. Regularly analyze performance data and present findings to the CEO and executive team to inform future strategies.
- Leverage consulting experience to provide strategic frameworks and methodologies for problem-solving. Encourage a data-driven approach to decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a strategic or operational role within consulting required, with a focus on healthcare or financial services a plus.
- Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a commitment to fostering collaboration and inclusivity within teams.
- Must have a 24 / 7 mentality, being readily available and responsive to urgent needs / requests.
