Summary: The Vice President of Digital Marketing leads and optimizes digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role oversees performance marketing, paid media, email marketing, eCommerce, and data-driven reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year digital marketing strategy to increase brand growth and conversions.

  2. Oversee paid media strategies across Google Ads, social media, and programmatic advertising along with the management of external agency relationships.

  3. Implement data-driven performance marketing initiatives, optimizing for acquisition and engagement.

  4. Manage the Digital Marketing team, responsible for paid media, email, ecommerce and digital analysts.

eCommerce & CRM Management

  1. Develop and oversee email marketing and CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty.

  2. Oversee eCommerce initiatives, ensuring seamless online transactions and promotions.

  3. Partner with brand marketing, creative, and operations teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.

Analytics & Optimization

  1. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaign effectiveness and team members of the Digital Marketing team.

  2. Utilize data analytics to optimize digital campaigns and improve ROI.

  3. Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and technologies.

Qualifications

  1. Proven expertise in paid media strategy (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic) and performance marketing.

  2. Strong background in email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.

  3. Experience leading eCommerce strategies and website optimization.

  4. Experience in managing $1M+ annual marketing budgets.

Education and Experience

Required:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  2. 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or eCommerce for a national location-based entertainment, hospitality or nightlife business, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  3. Experience working with customer segmentation and personalization strategies.

The approximate pay rate for this position is $179,000-203,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
