LaSalle Network has partnered with a growing digital advertising agency here in Chicago and they are looking to hire on a Media Buyer! Our client is known for specializing in innovative campaigns that drive measurable results for their diverse portfolio of clients. As a Media Buyer, the ideal candidate will have a passion for digital advertising, a keen understanding of media planning, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns across various platforms. You'll be responsible for managing media buys, analyzing performance data, and optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI for clients.
Media Buyer Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital media plans across various channels including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, display networks, and more.
- Manage media buying budgets and ensure campaigns stay within client-approved limits.
- Work closely with the Account and Strategy teams to understand client objectives and translate them into effective media strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance data and adjust tactics to maximize results, ensuring KPIs and client goals are met.
- Conduct research to identify new media buying opportunities and keep up-to-date with digital advertising trends and tools.
- Provide clients with regular reporting on campaign performance and insights to optimize future strategies.
- Negotiate media rates, placements, and terms with vendors and platforms.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign metrics, and monitor daily spend to ensure budgets are adhered to.
Media Buyer Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in digital media buying or media planning, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube, and programmatic buying.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and reporting platforms.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
- Experience with DSPs and programmatic media buying a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies is a bonus.
- Our client is based in Chicago, IL and candidates must be comfortable with a hybrid work environment.
