This Sr. Director, Product Advertising Lead (PAL) will serve as a trusted Partner working alongside the Global and US Consumer & HCP Product Marketers to overcome barriers to creative excellence and unlock business potential, while enhancing the Marketer Experience. They will steward the Creative Catalyst pathway, share and apply best practices across the organization for in-line and launch products, leverage a new centralized problem-solving approach, and oversee a consistent & data-driven creative impact approach alongside our Market Research lead.

This colleague will report to the Vice President, Head of Product Advertising in the Chief Marketing Office, and will coach a Director/Sr. Manager PAL.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Foster deep relationships with their Consumer & HCP partners and cross-functional partners to ensure the benefit of best practices and creative excellence.
  • Oversee the new Creative Council Pathway for their priority products across Creative Brief, Campaign creative development and validation, production and in-market optimization.
  • Inspire a high-performance team culture, inclusive of a partnership model with Global and US product marketers that fosters creativity, collaboration, and a drive for results, leveraging new research approaches.
  • Partner with other PALs and across CMO teams, including Marketing Academy and Content at Scale team to drive strategic integration and coaching on CMO and Agency offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 15+ years experience in product marketing/Advertising. Deep Marketing/Advertising campaign experience across various lifecycles required. Ideal candidate has a track record of industry recognition in leading creative excellence and breakthrough campaigns to drive business.
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
  • Inspirational leader that has driven new innovations and creative excellence with an aptitude for leading and partnering with others to achieve best-in-class performance-driven creative.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link creative strategy to commercial metrics and convey insights to peers.
  • Experience bringing campaign ideas to fruition, including production and optimization phases.
  • Ability to manage diverse multi-disciplinary teams spread over multiple functions and geographies.
  • Excellent communication and people engagement skills across a matrixed organization.

  • Possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, creativity, decisiveness, and the ability to work hard and well under pressure.

Additional Information

Role must be onsite 2-3 days/weekly.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $204,700.00 to $341,100.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share-based long-term incentive program.
