To achieve our ambitious mission, we are modernizing our marketing department with digital marketing transformation to improve brand reach, customer targeting, personalization, and overall efficiency in the marketing delivery model. You will be part of an agile, growing team to optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive growth and retention, as well as to optimize and expand member and provider communications through other campaign modalities. You are a consummate team player and creative problem solver who is tech savvy and has a desire to grow as a skilled marketing communications technology specialist. Working alongside the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Manager, you will help optimize and manage our member/provider marketing communications program, using Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud and other platforms to enhance engagement, streamline processes, and help drive business growth. In collaboration with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Data Manager, you will help interpret campaign results and communicate those to our partners across the organization, as well as ensure data hygiene for files that drive those campaigns. The ideal candidate should have outstanding writing, editing, and organizing abilities to support the needed data consistency as we build out business-critical campaigns across multiple modalities (email, SMS), but also supporting reports on campaign impact and avenues for optimization. Job Description

Maintain tracking of performance data for telephone lines and Salesforce campaigns as it expands, updating them in presentable ways. Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce campaigns and emerging digital marketing applications, such as AI-generated personalized content fields and links. Help integrate CRM data, leads of all campaigns, and ensure data quality. Assist the Marketing Technology team in developing marketing reports. Working closely with the SFMC Campaign and Data Managers, provide performance reports and insights to support data-informed campaign optimization. Contribute to project management and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, with both internal collaborators and external partners, including assigning and monitoring tasks, deadlines, reports, and attribution. Stay informed about industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in email marketing, sms, telephony services, and digital marketing. Maintain email, SMS, IVR and other marketing calendars, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely execution and delivery of campaigns. Provide support and training to organizational members on email marketing tools, techniques, and best practices. Other duties, as assigned Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Statistics, Digital Marketing, or a related field; and 2-3 years of communications experience; or A satisfactory equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification Preferred Knowledge of data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Pivot Table). Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong skills in data manipulation, interpretation, report writing, and data insight summarization/reporting. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and campaign optimization. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
