Job Description:

As a Creative & Choreography Talent Agent at Clear Talent Group, you will be responsible for identifying, representing, and managing talent in the choreography and creative direction sectors. You will play a key role in shaping the careers of choreographers and other creative professionals, negotiating contracts, seeking opportunities, and ensuring your clients receive the best representation possible.

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Representation: Scout, evaluate, and sign new talent in the choreography and dance fields.
2. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding their careers with tailored strategies and advice.
3. Negotiation & Bookings: Handle contract negotiations, booking opportunities, and ensure clients secure optimal offers in projects.
4. Scheduling & Coordination: Manage client schedules, organize auditions, and ensure smooth communication throughout the booking process.
5. Industry Networking: Actively network with casting directors, producers, and other industry professionals to secure opportunities for your clients.
6. Event Representation: Attend industry events, auditions, and meetings to advocate for your clients and build relationships with industry insiders.
7. Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, casting calls, and new developments in the creative and choreography sectors.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Previous experience in talent representation, choreography, or dance is strongly preferred. A background in talent agencies, management companies, or casting offices is beneficial.
2. Choreography/Dance Knowledge: A deep interest or experience in choreography and dance is essential for understanding the needs and opportunities of creative talent.
3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to negotiate and handle sensitive client matters professionally.
4. Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in office software and platforms such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Docs, and social media platforms. Familiarity with Casting Networks, Actors Access, and other industry-specific tools is a plus.
6. Professionalism Under Pressure: Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
