Job Purpose
We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Architectural Window Film Installers. This role is responsible for the precise application of window film to residential and commercial properties, ensuring a flawless finish that meets our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, technical skill, and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship. Through expert craftsmanship and product knowledge, the Window Film Installer plays a key role in customer satisfaction and the overall success of the installation team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install window film on residential and commercial properties with a focus on precision, aesthetics, and long-term durability.
  • Conduct thorough inspections before and after installation, identifying and addressing any potential issues to ensure a flawless application.
  • Follow strict quality guidelines to guarantee durability, aesthetics, and customer satisfaction for every installation.
  • Treat each client's property with uncompromising care, ensuring it is left in the same or better condition than when work began.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on the benefits of window film and clear instructions on post-installation care and maintenance.
  • Maintain an organized, professional workspace, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored and ready for use in both company vehicles and job sites.
  • Adhere to project deadlines, completing installations efficiently while maintaining the highest level of precision.
  • Actively contribute to a clean, team-oriented work environment, promoting efficiency and high standards throughout all job sites.
  • Travel to various job sites across local and regional areas using a company vehicle, ensuring punctuality and professionalism at all times.
  • Stay updated on industry techniques, tools, and products through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in window film installation, glass treatment, or a related field preferred but not required. Training is available for the right candidate.
  • Experience with precision-based, hands-on work such as signage installation, vinyl wrapping, or similar trades is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise application.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict quality standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different architectural structures, glass types, and installation challenges.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to provide clear instructions and guidance on film care.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in physically demanding positions such as reaching, climbing ladders, and maneuvering around large glass surfaces.
  • Must be at ease working at heights, including on ladders and scaffolding when necessary.
  • Comfortable working with hands and small tools for precise applications.
  • Ability to lift and handle materials as needed, including film rolls and application tools.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (company vehicle provided for job-related travel).
  • Willingness to undergo training and certification as needed.
