Job Summary
Develop and execute creative visual content that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives. Design digital and print assets for marketing campaigns, social media, advertising, website, email, and in-store materials. Bring creativity, attention to detail, and technical expertise to enhance the company’s visual presence and drive audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Create high-quality visual assets for digital and print applications, including social media, email marketing, website graphics, print materials, and performance marketing ads.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand identity, ensuring all creative work aligns with branding guidelines and voice.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to develop visually compelling campaigns and assets.
- Multimedia & Motion Graphics: Occasionally design motion graphics, animations, and interactive media for digital platforms.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adjusting based on feedback.
- Asset Organization: Maintain a structured archive of design files and templates using digital asset management tools.
- Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge creative solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Proof and edit designs before production to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high visual impact.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design required. Prefer experience in a marketing or corporate environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of design concepts and techniques required.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma required.
- Knowledge and use of project management platforms like Asana or Monday preferred.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality required.
- Experience in digital production and pre-press procedures preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate energetic, creative, and collaborative mentality required.
