Position Overview: The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and driving demand for our products and services. They will be instrumental in creating and implementing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience, while also aligning with the company's vision. The successful candidate will be an energetic, self-motivated, and creative individual with experience in both traditional and digital marketing avenues.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and refine company branding in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Leverage the unique value Phipps brings to the construction industry to strengthen market positioning.
  • Work with the sales team to identify customer pain points and ensure messaging aligns with their needs, creating both internal and external marketing materials that deliver value.
  • Manage all email campaigns, segmenting customers by market to ensure targeted, relevant communication.
  • Develop and maintain landing pages on the company website to generate leads and create more sales opportunities.
  • Oversee all promotional swag initiatives, including t-shirts, hats, winter hats, notepads, pens, pencils, and other branded items, collaborating with colleagues as needed.
  • Create flyers, brochures, and catalogs by working closely with the sales team to generate relevant and impactful content.
  • Track company marketing and tradeshow expenses.
  • Monitor and analyze the success of marketing campaigns, e.g., measuring the impact of promotions on sales growth.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, primarily on LinkedIn, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 3 Years+ experience in the Marketing field.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong visual and graphic design skills, with the ability to match the company's brand aesthetic.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, be proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively.
