Job Description Summary
The Marketing Team at Wintrust is seeking a passionate and versatile Sr. Video Production Director to join our dynamic video team. Our crew handles a wide range of video projects, providing numerous opportunities for innovation at every stage of the production process. We emphasize a collaborative environment, encourage cross-disciplinary development, and value both specialization and proficiency.
The ideal candidate will have creative and organizational experience in all aspects of video production. You will be responsible for overseeing casting, location scouting, writers' rooms, creative collaboration, production schedules, line producing on set, budgets, and coordinating freelance team members. This role involves inspiring and leading a team of experienced video professionals while fostering their growth and enhancing their problem-solving skills.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of skilled video professionals, including videographers, editors, animators, and specialized producers.
- Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop innovative video concepts.
- Reviewing and approving all video content to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with stakeholder requirements.
- Keeping up with the latest creative trends, technologies, and best practices in video production.
- Manage all third-party vendors, including onboarding, hiring, payments, and communications.
- Responsible for creatively collaborating and scoping of all video related projects.
- Additional responsibilities include delegating and supervising all facets of a video and photography shoot.
Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience
- 7 plus years of video producing, directing, or lead editing experience required.
- 2 plus years of managing a production team and budgets preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite (Premiere Pro/Photoshop), project management software (Workfront, Egnyte, MS Teams)
- Ability to manage workflows, deadlines, and resource allocation.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $98,000 - $115,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
