Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated YouTube Assembly Video Personality & Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the main personality on our YouTube assembly channel. You will assemble Lifetime products on camera to assist in the assembly process. You will also be responsible for building and preparing shed platforms and other assembly team responsibilities as listed below. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to interpret instructions and diagrams for installation. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and provide professional customer service while ensuring high-quality product assembly.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Assembly & Delivery: Travel to customer locations to deliver, assemble, and install Lifetime Products.
- Shed Platform Construction: Build sturdy and level shed platforms using wood, concrete, or gravel bases, ensuring durability and proper weight distribution for Lifetime sheds.
- YouTube Personality & Brand Ambassador:
- Appear in video tutorials and product demonstrations on Lifetime's YouTube channel.
- Deliver scripted lines clearly and naturally while demonstrating product assembly.
- Dress and groom appropriately for on-camera appearances.
- Confidently use tools and explain technical details to a broad audience.
- Technical Proficiency: Interpret instructions and diagrams to efficiently assemble products.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service and address customer inquiries regarding product setup and use.
- Worksite Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper clean-up after each assembly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and marketing staff to improve instructional content and efficiency.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in a physically demanding role.
- Valid State of Utah Driver's License
- Availability to work Monday - Friday
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, MVR check, and DOT Medical examination.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
