As Coordinator, Visual Communications, you will bring your versatile design and brand experience to craft high-quality, impactful content and oversee internal and external presentation design and visualization efforts to ensure the final product is informative and engaging. You will report to the agency’s Director of Strategic Initiatives and Communications and will be responsible for creating branded experiences, from presentations to engagement events and beyond. This individual is part storyteller, creative, and brand specialist with a critical editorial eye and a strong understanding of presentation formats that support our teams across multiple clients.
This position may be hybrid to our Lanham, MD office if a candidate is available to commute.

Your Impact:
- Uphold the enterprise’s creative brand across all channels and assets.
- Design and provide editorial/creative direction for visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
- Design different types of presentation assets like infographics, workflows, graphs/charts, and cover pages.
- Source presentation imagery and video for impactful storytelling.
- Oversee all client-facing PowerPoints before presentation to ensure that we are putting our best foot forward.
- Train team members on the use of PowerPoint and Moore’s presentation template.
- Manage division promotional item (swag) ordering and distribution.
Your Profile:
- 2+ years of relevant marketing or communications experience at either an agency or an in-house communications team.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful presentation design.
- Experience in event management and project coordination.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting clear and compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
- Excelling skills in creating PowerPoint presentations and with all MS Office products.
- Knowledge using Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Understanding of direct response fundraising a plus.
