Visual Communications Specialist & Customer Service
FASTSIGNS is hiring for a Visual Communications Specialist to join our team! This role will serve as our Inside Sales / Customer Service Rep, offering great growth possibilities, including Branch Manager, Outside Sales, and Graphic Design!

A Successful FASTSIGNS Visual Communications Specialist Will
- Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
- Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
- Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
- Work with customers via email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business
- Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients
Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Visual Communications Specialist
- 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships
- Excellent listening and organizational skills
- Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
- Ability to work under pressure to produce high volume, high-quality work
