Digital/UX Program Manager Job at US Tech Solutions in South San Francisco

• Looking for a Program Manager with a strong background in UX, advertising, and cross-functional (XFN) collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Product support: Coordination of workstreams, including timeline, OKR, and leadership reporting. Driving 2025/6 planning management.
• Team collaboration: Partnering with XFN and Organic teams and facilitating ongoing alignment. Comms planning and development.
• Team operations: Enabling more efficient/effective work that scales across the team (processes, templates, operation models). Support UX culture building and community efforts in partnership with UX leads.

Experience:

• Program/project management experience.
• Experience working with UX teams.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Able to execute independently with senior stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with Eng/PM stakeholders and understanding user issues faced by different user groups: consumers and advertisers.
• Experience working with project management tools.
• Proven track record of partnering effectively on cross-functional projects or teams in highly dynamic/fast-paced environments.
