What’s the opportunity?
Join us as an Editorial Producer and take charge of how we connect with customers to boost D2C travel insurance sales and engagement on TravelexInsurance.com. You’ll craft compelling short-form copy for multiple platforms, maintaining brand tone, consistency, and legal standards. This is a creative, strategic role that requires a deep understanding of audience needs and content trends. Experience as a digital copywriter in an agency or in-house setting is a must.
What will you be doing?
- You’ll develop engaging, concise short-form content for multiple channels, including email, app, video, social media, and websites. (Occasionally, this will include long-form copy, too.)
- You’ll collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create content that drives customer engagement and conversions.
- You’ll generate fresh, creative campaign ideas that capture attention and inspire action.
- You’ll work closely with the Head of Content and wider D2C marketing team to implement the D2C travel insurance content and marketing strategy.
- You’ll co-produce and manage the content calendar, ensuring all content is delivered on time, meets legal standards, and maintains high quality.
- You’ll analyze content performance and leverage insights to optimize messaging, conversion rates, and overall content effectiveness.
- You’ll be a gatekeeper of Travelex’s brand tone of voice across relevant touch points, ensuring the language, communications and messaging are consistent.
What are we looking for?
- You’ll bring 5+ years of digital copywriting experience, with at least 2 years in an agency setting, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or the arts.
- You’ll have a superb grasp on the English language and have mastered short-form copywriting for multiple platforms (email, social, app, SMS, etc.), balancing creativity with clear, action-driven messaging.
- You’ll simplify complex information to make it relevant and engaging for your audience, while ensuring grammatical precision and style consistency (AP Style experience a plus).
- You’ll take ownership of your content’s impact, leveraging data and insights to optimize results and continuously improve.
- You’ll collaborate across teams and with stakeholders, staying proactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- You’ll have advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general reporting tools (GA4); and basic knowledge of HTML coding.
- Bonus: You’ll be a naturally curious about improving the experience of travelers via content and how travel insurance and medical assistance can support them.
