Personal Lines Producer
Classification: Exempt (Salaried + Commission)
Pay Range: $60,000 - $150,000+ (Uncapped Commission Earnings)

Our Personal Lines Producer will play a critical role in developing and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring individuals and families receive tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs.

Essential Functions

1. Sales & Business Development
- Prospect, qualify, and generate new personal lines insurance accounts.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to develop leads and grow the client base.
- Present customized insurance solutions to clients and successfully close deals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to meet or exceed sales targets.
2. Client & Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Educate clients on personal lines insurance options, including home, auto, umbrella, renters, and specialty insurance policies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance clients' coverage and provide proactive policy recommendations.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless renewals, endorsements, and policy modifications.
3. Industry Knowledge & Compliance
- Stay informed on market trends, carrier offerings, and regulatory changes in personal lines insurance.
- Maintain expertise in home, auto, liability, and specialty insurance policies to offer the best solutions.
- Ensure compliance with agency and industry regulations.
4. Team Collaboration & Community Engagement
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding client service.
- Participate in networking events, community initiatives, and industry functions to build brand awareness and strengthen referral partnerships.

Position Type & Expected Hours of Work
- Full-time position (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Occasional evening or weekend networking events may be required.
Travel
- Local travel required for client meetings and networking events.
- Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Preferred Education & Experience
- 3+ years of sales experience (personal lines insurance sales preferred).
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred (must obtain within 60 days of hire if not already licensed).
- Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) certification preferred but not required.
