Salary: $225,000 - $275,000 per year
We are a leading pharma/healthcare provider - we have an immediate need for a VP of Marketing Operations. This person will play an integral part to ensure all of our marketing efforts are executed efficiently, effectively and fiscally responsibly.
**Candidates must be local to Houston or willing to relocate to the area**

Is your background a match?
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
* 10+ years of experience in marketing operations or process optimization, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
* Cross-functional corporate marketing experience utilizing AI, either in executed campaigns or for internal operations; genuine interest and proficiency with AI is required
* Combination of both F500 + start-up/ high-growth company experience
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
* Able to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer centric solutions
* Know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement
* Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, including regulatory requirements and industry trends
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
* Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
* Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* High level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices
What will you be doing?
* Create and develop the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement
* Shape and lead the strategic vision for marketing operations, creating a bridge between strategy and execution
* Optimize marketing processes and workflows, harnessing advanced automation, cutting-edge technology, and data-driven insights
* Collaborate with leadership and teams to allocate resources strategically, establish robust performance metrics, and design dashboards that deliver actionable insights
* Oversee and evolve the organization’s marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of customer relationship management platforms, marketing automation systems, and data analytics tools
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing marketing performance, identify emerging trends, and implement innovative solutions to enhance campaigns
* Build partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
* Secure and deploy resources effectively and efficiently
