Daily Responsibilities:
Insight Global is seeking a Regional Sr. Director of Marketing for an onsite role in the Louisville area. This Director will develop and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and strategies for each property, collaborating with corporate and property leadership to execute effective marketing strategies. The director focuses on maximizing market revenue and shareholder value by leveraging synergies between properties and optimizing resource allocation. They oversee promotions and events, ensuring they drive traffic, increase engagement, and maximize revenue. They build strong customer relationships through personalized interactions and feedback, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. They develop cross-property sales strategies to attract group and tourism business, collaborating with regional tourism boards and corporate partners. The director identifies business development opportunities, creates appealing packages and promotions, and ensures compliance with market trends and regulations. They analyze financial performance, manage expenses, and adjust strategies to capitalize on market trends. The director maintains records and ensures administrative processes support strategic goals, facilitating communication and collaboration between marketing teams for consistent messaging and brand strategy. This is a full-time direct placement opportunity with one of the leading companies in the gaming industry.
***Compensation: 150-165k
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
