CTC has offices in New York, Palm Beach, Naples, Connecticut, Charlotte, Virginia and Delaware.

Position Description
The Marketing Analyst will report to the Director of Media, Communications & Strategic Partnerships and provide copy writing and content development support across a variety of media verticals. The team is responsible for a broad scope of work throughout the firm the including public relations, marketing, event coordination and brand partnerships.

Qualified candidates should have a background in journalism and a bachelor’s degree. Excellent communication skills are required, both written and verbal. Ideal candidate will be polished, a team player, detail-oriented, organized, possess a strong ability to multi-task, and work well under pressure. Must also act with discretion, maintain client confidentiality, work and interface with others in a cooperative manner.

Position Description
The Marketing Analyst will report to the Director of Media, Communications & Strategic Partnerships and provide copy writing and content development support across a variety of media verticals. The team is responsible for a broad scope of work throughout the firm the including public relations, marketing, event coordination and brand partnerships.
Areas of responsibility may include:
- Marketing
- Updating and maintaining our monthly pitch books and quarterly tear sheets.
- Customizing pitchbook requests from Wealth Advisors for client meetings or prospective client proposals.
- Brainstorming and creating new materials to support wealth advisors/ business development
- Writing and researching white papers on a wide range of financial/ estate planning topics – producing 1-2 white papers per quarter
- Client/ Corporate Communications
- Assist with the production and publication surrounding our Quarterly Webinar and Quarterly Commentary
- Tasks related to coordinating mass emails (ie. drafting, creating templates, coordinating distribution lists)
- Drafting/ editing social media content (ie. LinkedIn)
- Assist with internal communications/ firm wide memos
- Coordinating logistics/ preparing client gifts for our annual holiday gifts and ad hoc.
- Assisting with client events; (ie. tracking guest lists, managing logistics, and be on hand for day-of event coordination).
