Come join our team!About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and hands on Senior Design Manager to lead and drive design projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of design teams, guiding them through the planning, research, and execution phases while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will be responsible for setting clear goals, establishing guidelines, and maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and external partners. Additionally, you'll play a key role in evaluating team performance, addressing challenges, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. As a Senior Design Manager, you'll inspire and mentor your team, helping them meet objectives while upholding the company's standards and best practices.Responsibilities Lead and manage the retail graphics team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the timely delivery of projects. Provide art direction and creative guidance to internal and external stakeholders. Review and approve final designs, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and project specifications. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience. Develop and implement design guidelines, standards, and processes to maintain consistency across all visual materials. Create and design visually appealing graphics, including but not limited to, lockups, brochures, posters, and infographics elements. Oversee the production and printing process, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project timelines. Stay updated on industry trends, new design techniques, and tools to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of the graphics team. Maintain a digital asset management system to organize and archive all design files, ensuring easy access for future use. Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and designers to ensure seamless execution of projects when required. Support key design presentations and special projects for WS leadershipQualifications You have a bachelor's degree or BFA in Graphic Design or a related field You have 8+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in retail Proficiency required in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Mac OSX, Microsoft Office and print production/prepress knowledge is a plus You're comfortable creating large brand narrative concepts and driving every element of brand creative from inception to completion You've previously managed direct reports. Excellent team player with an eagerness to do a bit of everything. Experience working cross-functionally across many teams and departments. You have outstanding communication and presentation skills. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
