Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to play a key role in the development and integration of IT systems within our organization. This individual will address both hardware and software challenges, ensuring technology is leveraged to its fullest potential. A strong understanding of business applications' functionality is essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. This is a full-time, on-site position (5 days a week).

Key Responsibilities

• Specification Development: Create detailed specifications to fulfill business objectives.
• Strategic Technology Guidance: Provide advice on how to use technology to achieve business goals.
• Implementation Support: Assist in both technological and functional system implementations.
• Application Development: Write, debug, and maintain code for new and existing applications.
• End-User Collaboration: Work closely with end users to solve business and technology-related issues.
• Process Enhancement: Analyze and improve business processes and workflows for greater efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Mid-level software developer with relevant experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with multiple operating systems, databases, and programming languages.
• SQL Expertise: Strong skills in SQL.
• Project Management: Experience with project management software and methodologies.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving mindset.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Customer-Oriented: A focus on providing excellent service to internal stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the following technologies is a plus:

Compensation:
The pay range for this role starts at $60,000 and is based on experience. This role includes quarterly bonuses, profit sharing and stock grants for a total expected compensation package up to $92,700 plus great benefits!
