POSITION OVERVIEW The Retail Marketing Coordinator/Associate Manager will be a key player in our trade management, expansion, and diversification strategy. This individual will focus on supporting the Director of Sales in executing impactful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, sales, and customer engagement within the retail environment on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a passion for trade marketing, a strong interest and understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to execute strategic marketing initiatives for multiple retail partners. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Retail & Sales Support Working closely with the Director of Sales, serve as the main point of contact for retailers, distributors, and the sales team. Partnering with marketing and creative team, help with preparation of market week/line review meeting materials. Assist in conceptualizing, pricing, and pitching of trade-specific sets, GWPs, and samples. Assist in preparing and presenting new product launches to retailers, including shipping out samples to retailer merchant teams. Marketing Content Creation & Delivery Develop creative briefs for product launches and trade marketing programs including in-store POS signage, online digital banners and assets. In collaboration with product marketing and creative teams, own development of retail-specific product launch materials. Execute content uploads across retailer portals/sites. Campaign Execution Work closely with the marketing team to understand brand marketing campaigns and how retail activity plays a part. Help strategize, develop and execute trade marketing initiatives for each retailer, ensuring alignment with overall brand campaigns and goals. Maintain

trade marketing calendars updated, making sure to communicate updates to relevant teams. Field Marketing & Events Assist with trade shows, industry events, and field marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and effective execution. Reporting & Analysis Collect, analyze, and report on trade marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. Track and analyze competitor activity to provide insights to the sales and brand marketing team. Inventory & Logistics Coordination Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to track, manage, and distribute promotional materials and product stock for trade campaigns. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1+ years of experience in retail marketing within the CPG industry, preferably in hair care or beauty. Some experience with retailers such as Ulta, JCPenney, Sephora, or Amazon preferred. Strong knowledge of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, sales, creative, and operations. COMPENSATION:

$55-75k/year DOE
