About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Corporate Communications for the U.S. region. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a team that is dedicated to positioning the company as a prominent player in the renewables sector. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to the Executive Management team and developing communication strategies that align with the company's business goals. The Head of Corporate Communications will be responsible for all aspects of communication, including internal and external, media relations, social media, and public relations, and must have a proven track record in these areas. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate communications, media relations, or journalism, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of energy markets and policy, an established network of media contacts, and a history of building and leading professional communication teams. Strategic thinking, the ability to drive results, and a hands-on, proactive approach are essential. The role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to represent the company effectively, and a commitment to fostering a culture of trust, passion, and performance.
