Must reside within Maryland, N.VA or S. PA as some travel to the Corporate HQ in central MD will be required.
Salary Range: $60-65,000 annually
Responsibilities Job Summary:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Operations Coordinator is a critical utility player, tasked with keeping project details accurate and deliverables on time for our patients and internal customers. The right candidate will have comfort and aptitude for combining “right brain” and “left brain” thinking and will bring a keen eye for detail and outstanding organizational skills.
You will synthesize inputs from your marketing team colleagues as well as stakeholders across a 25-brand footprint to continually update, coordinate, and communicate data and project tasks. Although previous experience with graphic design will be helpful, this role is primarily administrative in nature, and the best candidate will have a proven track record juggling multiple projects and have patience for repetitive, highly detailed organizational projects.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Intake and process inbound marketing requests from colleagues across the 25-brand organization
Document project to-dos using Basecamp project management software and assign and/or perform tasks to successfully complete them
Communicate with stakeholders before, during, and after projects
Supervise daily operations of vendors (e.g. print fulfillment and in-clinic screen advertising), collaborating with team members to monitor progress.
Coordinate various marketing projects, including strategic initiatives and ad-hoc requests.
Intake and organize data to keep third party and proprietary platforms updated and accurate
Coordinate reputation management responses and necessary adjustments on public sites
Maintain accurate email lists using HubSpot
Assemble and send routine email communications using Hubspot
Assist in event planning and coordination
Assist with planning, posting, and coordination of social media content and routine website updates
Establish and maintain an outreach cadence to major insurers to request updates to insurance directory listings
Organize marketing steps required for provider departures
Perform support duties including but not limited to:
Database management
Office and acquisition requests
Shipping of marketing materials and goods when necessary
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrates a strong work ethic, motivation, and eagerness to acquire comprehensive marketing knowledge.
Strong written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Capable of efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization.
Familiarity with email marketing systems, particularly HubSpot, is beneficial.
Exemplifies meticulous attention to detail.
Keen understanding of B2C marketing trends is advantageous.
Licensure/Certifications/Education Education and Experience:
1-2 years’ experience in a marketing operations or other relevant role
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications is strongly preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
