We are looking for a
temporary Marketing & Customer Success Analyst
to report directly to the
VP and Head of Strategic Marketing .
Support Marketing activities such as social media campaigns, website updates, collateral generation and trade show participation. Work with internal business units and external stakeholders to collect and organize information. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales and website data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to the sales team by creating reports, analyze dashboards and forecasts. Help in quote generation and purchase order verification processes. Run LinkedIn campaign for different products, report and monitor their effectiveness. Work with outside vendors to optimize the website for search engines Website:
Work with different business units to periodically update content on the website. Work with outside developers to add or change web pages Data analysis and reporting:
Extract and analyze sales data from social media campaigns, website traffic and CRM systems to generate reports and highlight key metrics Sales Operations:
Generate quotes for products and systems. Verify incoming customer purchase orders against the quotes CRM:
Maintain data within the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and updating sales information regularly Ad-hoc analysis:
Conduct data analysis to support specific sales or marketing initiatives or answer ad-hoc questions from stakeholders Trade Shows:
Effectively communicate within and outside of the organization to complete all the tasks for successful trade show presence. Collaborate with different groups to get the desired results. Required skills: Strong analytical skills:
Proficiency in data analysis techniques, including statistical analysis, trend identification, and data visualization CRM systems:
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales data and generate reports Excel skills:
Advanced knowledge of Excel functions Business acumen:
Understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and key sales metrics Project management and Communication skills:
Ability to manage work through contractors, and to clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Problem-solving skills:
Identifying issues within sales operations and proposing data-driven solutions Education and experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, statistics, or related field Experience with market analysis, sales data analysis and reporting Familiarity with CRM systems Familiarity with social media tools such as LinkedIn Campaigns and Google Ads Familiarity with tradeshow and conference participation, work with internal and external stakeholders to have a successful presence Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Ability to work with outside contractors to get the projects completed on time Key details: Commitment: 3 months (potential for extension based on business needs) Schedule: Monday - Friday Location: On-Site Apply now and one of our recruiters will reach out to you!
