Interior Designer , you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our institutional projects while having the opportunity to contribute to residential, cultural, and educational developments. This position allows you to engage in impactful design work, showcasing your creativity and dedication to quality. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the design team to transform conceptual ideas into cohesive interior solutions. Create and manage technical documentation, including construction details and specifications. Design efficient and effective space layouts that prioritize functionality and accessibility. Work alongside architects, engineers, and stakeholders to seamlessly integrate interior design with broader project goals. Select and specify materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings aligned with the project's vision. Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards. Mentor and provide guidance to Junior Designers and Interns, fostering their growth while upholding project integrity. Skills & Requirements Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design. Strong design sensibility complemented by solid technical expertise. Able to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive approach to collaboration and engagement in studio culture. Proficiency in Software Expertise in
AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
is essential, along with strong graphic production and presentation skills. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
