Senior Growth Marketing Specialist

who can take ownership of our digital marketing efforts, with a strong focus on

SEO, PPC campaign management, performance marketing, and Omni-channel strategy . This role requires someone who can hit the ground running-someone who not only executes but also strategizes, optimizes, and drives measurable business results for our diverse portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate will have the ability to integrate marketing efforts across multiple channels, including digital, email, social media, and offline marketing, ensuring a seamless and consistent brand experience. We need someone who can

get their hands dirty while maintaining a broad marketing perspective , understanding how all the elements tie together to drive growth. You will be responsible for managing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient fund allocation, and optimizing digital channels to maximize

ROI and customer acquisition . The ideal candidate will excel in

PPC, SEO, CRO, UX design principles , and be experienced in orchestrating

Omni-channel campaigns

to enhance customer engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities Omni-Channel Marketing & Strategy Develop and implement

integrated marketing strategies

across digital, email, social media, content marketing, and offline channels. Ensure a seamless customer journey by aligning messaging and branding across all touchpoints. Leverage data and customer insights to refine audience segmentation and personalization. Coordinate with internal teams to synchronize marketing efforts across platforms and channels. Paid Search & PPC Campaign Management Develop, execute, and optimize

PPC campaigns

across

Google Ads, Bing, and social media platforms . Manage and track

marketing spend , ensuring funds are allocated efficiently for maximum ROI. Continuously test and refine

ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies . Conduct in-depth

keyword research and competitive analysis

to enhance campaign performance. SEO & Content Strategy Lead and implement

SEO strategies

to improve organic rankings and site visibility. Work with content teams to develop

high-quality, optimized content

for search engines and users. Monitor and improve

on-page and technical SEO , including site structure, page speed, and schema markup. Conduct

keyword research and competitor monitoring

to identify opportunities for growth. Website Optimization & D2C Channel Growth Optimize website user experience to increase

conversion rates and customer retention . Implement

A/B testing and CRO strategies

to improve performance across landing pages and product pages. Work closely with developers to ensure

site speed, mobile usability, and overall website performance . Analytics & Reporting Set up and maintain tracking for

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools . Analyze data and provide insights on

campaign performance, audience behavior, and ROI . Create clear and actionable

weekly/monthly reports

with recommendations for optimization. Qualifications: Proven track record of growth with hands-on experience in

PPC, SEO

on the

Shopify Platform

across multiple brands, demonstrating a strong understanding of

Google Ads, campaign strategy, and data analytics . Strong experience in

Omni-channel marketing , demonstrating an ability to integrate and align campaigns across multiple platforms for a cohesive brand experience. Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g.,

SEMrush, Ahrefs ), CRO platforms (e.g.,

Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar ), A/B testing tools, and Google Analytics. Demonstrated experience in driving

D2C growth

through digital strategies for a portfolio of brands. Strong

analytical skills

with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to decision-making across multiple brands. Excellent

communication skills

for effective collaboration between the

brands' Buyers, R&D, and marketing teams

within a multi-brand environment. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a commitment to staying updated on
