The Pitch:

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead and inspire our creative team while driving the overall creative strategy for client projects. In this role, you will leverage your agency experience and deep understanding of cutting-edge marketing campaigns to develop innovative concepts and execute them seamlessly across digital, social, and experiential platforms. You possess a hands-on leadership style, with the ability to guide projects from ideation through to executionwhether it's a campaign shoot, an experiential activation, or a social-first initiative.

With a strong grasp of industry trends and a "How can we make this better?" mindset, you're committed to pushing creative boundaries and elevating the work at every opportunity. As Creative Director, you will manage the creative process end-to-end, collaborating closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership team. You will ensure that designers, producers, and account teams are empowered to deliver impactful, client-aligned work that stands out in todays fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative vision for all client projects, from concept development to final execution, ensuring the work aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients, account managers, and project teams to interpret client briefs and deliver creative solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Oversee the creation of content across various platforms, including experiential campaigns, social media, pop-up events, and mini shoots.
  • Direct and mentor a team of designers, art directors, and motion artists, providing clear feedback and fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
  • Ensure the creative team delivers high-quality, on-brand work within deadlines and project constraints, adapting quickly to changes in client needs or campaign scope.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, encouraging creative ideation from the entire team to generate innovative, forward-thinking concepts.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, especially in entertainment and digital marketing, and apply this knowledge to keep the agencys work cutting-edge and relevant.
  • Manage creative resources, ensuring proper staffing for projects and optimal workflow across the creative department.
  • Act as a thought leader for both internal teams and clients, presenting ideas confidently and backing them with strategic rationale.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless integration of creative work into deliverables, maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Foster relationships with freelance creatives and external partners when additional expertise is required.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring the creative team remains on track and motivated.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within a marketing, advertising, or entertainment-focused agency, or a combination of agency/vendor side experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work in experiential marketing, digital content, social media campaigns, and large-scale integrated campaigns.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams, providing direction and mentorship while fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams.
  • Creative conceptual thinking and the ability to bring groundbreaking ideas to brainstorms
  • Expertise in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and a solid understanding of production processes for digital, social, and experiential content.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and team members.
  • A passion for entertainment, pop culture, and an in-depth understanding of digital and social media platforms.
  • Experience in leading creative work for high-profile entertainment clients is a plus.
