About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic VP of Media Investments to lead our Cross-Channel Performance Investments. In this pivotal role, you will drive performance investment strategies across various paid media channels, especially in search, social, and programmatic. You will oversee investment teams, ensuring top-notch execution and optimization while closely collaborating with our data and analytics teams to surpass campaign KPIs.
The ideal candidate will be an innovative strategic thinker with extensive experience in performance media, specifically for retail clients. You will be tasked with developing tactical planning, buying, and optimization strategies, building strong partnerships within the media ecosystem, and managing a talented team of channel specialists.
Your role will consist of being a central point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing thought leadership on evolving media marketplaces, and fostering relationships with practice leads. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, a minimum of 10 years of media planning and buying experience, and at least 5 years in a managerial position. Exceptional strategic skills in search and social media, deep industry connections, negotiation expertise, and strong analytical abilities are crucial.
