Our award-winning Justice studio specializes in delivering tailored design solutions that address the unique and complex needs of our clients. We are expanding our team and seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Project Manager to join our Alpharetta office! Responsibilities: Understand and manage firm client contracts to ensure client objectives are met effectively. Engage in preparing fee proposals, negotiating fees, and drafting contractual agreements. Estimate manpower requirements and develop project schedules. Analyze project scope and RFPs in collaboration with the Project Architect; set procedures for successful project execution. Distribute incoming project information to the design team and external consultants. Coordinate services with outside consultants as necessary. Oversee and manage the design budget throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and monitor the design schedule to align with client and firm deadlines. Communicate changes in project scope to the client, and prepare estimates for additional fees as needed. Keep stakeholders, including the Client, Studio Leader, and Accounting Department, informed about project status. Guide the client's construction budget and schedule, identifying critical path items and optimal contract forms. Participate in design meetings as required in collaboration with the Project Architect. Establish and maintain project documentation and organizational structure. Qualifications: Registered Architect with 7-10 years of experience. Proven experience leading diverse teams of consultants and internal staff. Strong technical and design skills. Thorough understanding of relevant codes and regulations. Ability to produce high-quality, technically sound project documents. Exceptional organizational and communication abilities. Willingness to collaborate as a team member and mentor young design professionals. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Construction Administration software (Newforma preferred). Willing to travel as needed for site and client meetings. Demonstrated productivity and proactive engagement. Ability to convey information and ideas effectively, both verbally and visually. Quick to learn new concepts and stay updated in the field through continuing education. Treanor is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. A candidate's salary is based on various factors including degree, relevant experience, skills, and certifications. The anticipated base salary for qualified candidates is $110,000 - $125,000, subject to variation based on location.
