Position Responsibilities

  • Guide Uline's Creative team with exceptional time management abilities to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Oversee the workflow for all projects, encompassing design, print, photography, and web initiatives.

  • Collaborate with owners and executive leadership to secure approvals from key stakeholders.

  • Manage competing priorities independently and in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 15+ years of project management experience with a track record of successfully leading complex projects in dynamic settings.

  • 10+ years of demonstrated success in leading substantial in-house teams and enhancing workflows.

  • Outstanding presentation, communication, and collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • A team player ready to dive into the details.
