Our global media / technology client is looking for an experienced Writer to handle drafting, editing, and maintaining clear, concise, and accurate policy and procedure documentation to ensure our company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements. This person must be extremely detail-oriented and organized. They should have worked at least five years as a copywriter, and specifically must have compliance, legal, and/or regulatory experience, preferably in the Financial Services sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft and edit compliance policies and procedures, and other compliance-team documents as necessary
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across compliance documents
  • Ensure all documents meet regulatory standards
  • Develop writing manual for all compliance materials to ensure future consistency and use across the team; maintain team glossary and other centralized writing tools
  • Draft new procedures and related documents to support cross functional teams in their compliance efforts

Skills:
  • Very organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent writing skills and a great editor

Education:
  • Requiring at least 5 years of experience as a copywriter (compliance, legal, and/or regulatory experience)
  • Bachelor's degree required

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $81.45 to $90.51 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
