Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role involves managing marketing campaigns across various platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing market trends to ensure that all marketing initiatives align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM, events, print, etc.).
- Brand Development: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels, and help develop the brand's voice and identity.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends. Use data insights to guide decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and target audience.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to ensure cost-efficient execution of campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs). Use analytics to refine and improve future strategies.
- Content Creation & Management: Develop and oversee the production of content for various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
- Event Management: Plan and manage events such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars to promote the brand and engage with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficient in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, marketing automation tools).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Knowledge of graphic design or video production tools is a plus.
- Experience in the hospitality industry
