Description

We're in search of a dynamic marketing coordinator to support our real estate team in accomplishing our marketing objectives. The position will have the opportunity to transition into Marketing Director with an increased salary if the applicant is eligible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain important dates of team members and ensure recognized
• Lead flow management to agents
• Listing marketing utilizing direct mail and social media platforms and Canva
• Coordinate Open House schedule and include MLS data input, print marketing, and social media exposure
• Gather showing feedback and issue showing reports to agents
• Issue seller gifts
• manage lock box/ sign/ and open house trackers
• Create listing opportunities using KW Command
• Maintain Buyer Broker Compensation tracker
• Update sign and lock box install and removal log for runner
• Communicate with the social media manager for the social posting of all listings
• Schedule list trac reports for new listings
• Reply to Google reviews and share them with the agents
• Issue Just sold RSPs
• Communication with agents on monthly events in the area and broadcasting to agents and database
• Quarterly Farm Market creation and distribution

Upon Transition into Marketing Director, responsibilities will also include:
• Oversight of the Marketing Department Events/ Giveaways and Community Outreach

Website Maintenance
• Tab / Pages updates on website (both boomtown website and Agent Image)
• Adding/removing agents to websites

Oversee Marketing Projects & Tasks
• In charge of marketing for events or giveaways
• In charge of making sure farm markets get done and ordered
• In charge of running quarterly ads and getting graphics from Halie
• Client appreciation event eventbrite and making sure all marketing tasks/flyers are done
• Ensure all new agent marketing gets done (business cards, listing/buyer presentations, welcome posts, etc)
• Facebook Listing Ads
• Ordering promo items with our logo
• Ordering team shirts for new agents
• Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
• Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities
• Write social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals
• Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership role required
• Should be an experienced communicator with solid project management skills
• BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
• Experience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relations
