OverviewPlacement Type: TemporarySalary: $23.09 to $25.66 an HourStart Date: 03.10.2025The marketing specialist role primarily works with marketing teams to help plan and orchestrate marketing activities including digital marketing, channel marketing, and events. This includes driving the purchase order workflow and support the marketing plan development process. This person will manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, manage complex project workflow, and accountable for issue resolutions. This person reports to the worldwide marketing licensing and operations lead who manages budgets and worldwide events. Responsibilities: Partner Funding Request Workflow Management Understand and apply program rules. Coordinate the workflow, evaluate partner funding request plans, and provide feedback to improve marketing plan quality. Stakeholder Management Establish and maintain relationships with approximately 20 stakeholders across internal and external partner teams. Schedule and conduct internal and external tracking and update calls with stakeholders. Marketing Support, Project Tracking and Reporting Manage project milestones and proactive resolve issues. Communicate status updates as appropriate across workstreams and activities. Provide ad hoc support for market activities as needed including reporting and analysis. Research and provide solutions including refining playbook documentation as appropriate. Event Planning Build and maintain worldwide marketing event calendars. Plan for overall client event sponsorship, client participation and attendance. Event Orchestration and Management Create and own planning ROB prior to all events, and own execution of the workback schedules. Logistics management support for all partner events. Track action items including working with creative logo approvals, briefing schedules, and all items leading up to the event. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $23.09 to $25.66 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
