Position Overview:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across all of our social media platforms. You will develop strategies to increase engagement, grow our online community, and align our social media efforts with the company’s brand and marketing goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create, schedule, and curate content that resonates with our target audience, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers to foster a vibrant community.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and optimize strategies based on insights and key metrics.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company’s social presence is innovative and competitive.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media initiatives with ongoing campaigns and brand goals.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to amplify reach and engagement.
- Manage social media content calendars and ensure a consistent and timely posting schedule.
- Track social media ROI and provide reports on campaign performance and audience growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
