Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage key referral sources at hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and healthcare organizations.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with decision-makers, ensuring they trust and rely on our services.
• Educate professionals on our home care services and how we can support their patients’ journeys.
• Strategically expand the territory, growing our presence and impact across Southwest Ohio.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven track record – At least three years in home care marketing and business development, with established relationships in the Southwest Ohio healthcare market.
• Dynamic and driven – Ambitious, empathetic, growth-oriented, and confident in networking, relationship-building, and closing deals.
• Industry expertise – Strong understanding of the home care landscape, referral pathways, and business development strategies.
