- Create and develop custom dental surgical guides using advanced CAD software and 3D printing technologies. Ensure designs are precise, reliable, and tailored to individual patient anatomy and surgical requirements.
- Partner with dentists, oral surgeons, and other dental professionals to gather requirements and feedback for guide design. Ensure guides align with specific procedural needs and clinical best practices.
- Develop prototypes of surgical guides and conduct validation testing. Make necessary modifications based on testing results and feedback from dental professionals.
- Ensure all designs comply with dental industry regulations and quality standards. Maintain thorough documentation of design processes and ensure all guides meet safety and efficacy criteria.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology, surgical techniques, and design methodologies. Contribute to ongoing research and development efforts to enhance guide design and functionality.
- Provide technical assistance and training to dental professionals regarding the use and implementation of surgical guides. Address any issues or questions related to guide design and functionality.
- Minimum of three years of experience in medical or dental device design, with a focus on surgical guides or related products. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., 3Shape, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and 3D printing technologies is required.
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, implantology, and relevant anatomy. Proficiency in design software and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with dental professionals and present design concepts clearly.
- Exceptional precision in design and development processes. Ability to ensure accuracy and reliability in all aspects of guide creation.
