Mission:

Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for Payments and Quick Services. Drive adoption and usage by developing targeted value propositions, strategic programs, and innovative engagement methods beyond standard approaches.

Key Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes

Payments GTM Strategy & Execution

  1. Understand the Buyer:
  2. Develop and validate buyer personas, including decision-makers and buying committees, based on research and interviews.
  3. Define value propositions, messaging, and positioning frameworks by persona.
  4. Identify key characteristics of ideal prospects versus poor-fit prospects.
  5. Build a GTM playbook to equip sales and marketing teams, including core sales materials, marketing assets, and demand generation (DG) campaign concepts.
  6. Drive and manage GTM for product releases, ensuring alignment across sales and marketing.
  7. Partner with Product Management to inform roadmap prioritization using feedback from sales, competitive insights, and churn analysis.
  8. Develop and manage programs to support high-priority product releases (e.g., marketing beta programs).
  9. Create training and certification programs to ensure commercial teams have a strong baseline of product knowledge.

Expected Outcomes:

  1. Payments is seamlessly integrated into the company’s marketing and sales strategies and is recognized by buyers as a key platform benefit.
  2. Increased product adoption and transaction volume.
  3. Enhanced customer engagement with predefined plays that improve usage and reduce churn.
  4. Develop and validate buyer personas, identifying the right product fit for each (e.g., core platform vs. specialized solutions).
  5. Define value propositions and positioning frameworks tailored to different customer needs.
  6. Ensure seamless integration of Quick Services into the overall product ecosystem.
  7. Build a GTM playbook to support sales and marketing, including sales materials, marketing assets, and DG campaign concepts.
  8. Drive and manage GTM for product releases, ensuring alignment with the transition to new offerings.
  9. Partner with Product Management to inform roadmap prioritization based on competitive insights, win/loss analysis, and customer feedback.
  10. Manage competitive intelligence efforts, providing insights and positioning strategies to support sales in competitive deals.
