Marketing Manager – Performance & Demand Generation

About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, high-output Marketing Manager to drive SQLs (Sales-Qualified Leads) to our sales team every week. You’ll own performance marketing, demand generation, and lead acquisition strategy across digital channels and conferences, with a focus on maximizing pipeline efficiency and revenue impact.
This role is highly quantitative—ideal for someone who moves fast, learns faster, and thrives in a performance-first culture. You’ll build out multi-platform and omni-channel campaigns, shape our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, and refine our event/conference strategy. You will manage and optimize spend for maximum conversion.
What You'll Do
- Own SQL Generation – Drive a steady flow of high-intent leads to the sales team weekly.
- Performance Marketing Execution – Run paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, etc.), track CAC, and scale winning channels.
- Demand Gen Strategy – Develop and test new ways to reach decision-makers (ABM, outbound-assisted, retargeting, etc.).
- Conference vs. Social Media ROI Analysis – Help determine where to prioritize budget & effort.
- Rapid Experimentation – Deploy A/B tests, analyze conversion rates, and iterate fast.
- Work Cross-Functionally – Collaborate with sales to align campaigns with pipeline goals.
- Be Hyper-Analytical – Own marketing performance dashboards and optimize based on hard data.
