About Retail Marketing Strategy & Performance
RMSP sits at the center of one of the best Marketing Teams in the world! We are an experienced team of Marketers who act as the connector between Marketing and cross-functional partners in:
- Thoughtful, integrated strategic planning: short term and long term,
- Defining & articulating unified goals for Marketing strategies that evolve with the changing landscape, and align to company and business objectives, and
- Clearly demonstrating how we deliver for our Customer, Brand and Business – and the levers that drive.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop insights from channel/performance data; diagnose and pinpoint actions, and metrics to continue to grow, influence and enhance effectiveness of channel performance.
- Reporting and monitoring dashboards across multiple channels and categories; recommend improvements to optimization methodologies based on performance reports.
- Collaborating with digital marketing teams, Marketing leaders and cross-functional teams across the organization to understand digital marketing plans/programs and performance.
- Supporting annual and monthly forecasting processes including data collection, analysis and model improvement.
- Advising on and partnering with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance and driving continual assessment.
- Creating and helping to scale best-in-class efficient workflows, routines, processes and timelines, embedding operational excellence into everything you do.
- Demonstrating the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary.
- Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
