Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to help revolutionize how people own and collect. Working alongside the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in coordinating partner campaigns, supporting our lifecycle and email marketing strategy, and ensuring our social channels stay active with a highly engaged audience.

This role requires a love of multi-tasking—wearing many different hats, from logistics to creative execution. You will join a lean and experienced remote-first team that prioritizes ownership and taking initiative. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will be working alongside various other department leads, including Engineering, Community, and Support, to shape how we connect with our audience and grow the Courtyard.io community.

Lifecycle Marketing Strategy & Execution

  1. Work alongside the Head of Marketing to manage existing email campaigns and develop new, compelling email sequences to engage and retain users.
  2. Provide input on brand strategy, creative decisions, and marketing campaigns that align with Courtyard.io’s broader goals.
  3. Create and edit video content and support social channels, including monitoring comments and fielding support-related inquiries.
  4. Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging content for multiple platforms.
  5. Develop A/B tests to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  1. Support Go-To-Market campaigns and initiatives.
  2. Coordinate logistics with partner initiatives, including messaging, timelines, and creative.
  3. Collaborate with external partners to amplify joint marketing efforts and brand exposure.
  4. Continuously optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions through A/B testing and iterative improvements.

About You

  1. Experience: 3+ years in marketing, growth, or related roles within a high-growth consumer-focused environment; experience in lifecycle, email marketing, and/or social media preferred.
  2. Master of Multitasking: You thrive in juggling various strategic and revenue-driving marketing tasks, from email creation to partnership logistics.
  3. Collaborative & Communicative: Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both internal teams and external partners.
  4. Tooling: Experience utilizing tools such as Figma, Intercom, HubSpot, or equivalent marketing platforms.
  5. Analytical & Results-Oriented: Comfortable tracking campaign performance metrics, running A/B tests, and iterating to reach KPIs.
  6. Self-Starter Mindset: Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment using asynchronous communication tools in a remote-first environment.
  7. Passion for Collectibles or Online Communities: Familiarity and passion for the collectibles space or e-commerce marketplaces are a plus.
