The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organization's marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing executive with a strong background in B2B and D2C digital marketing, brand management, and demand generation, particularly within the healthcare or technology sectors.

Minimum Requirements

A minimum of 10 years' experience in DTC marketing leadership roles, with a focus on digital marketing, customer acquisition, brand management, and demand generation, is required. Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry, or a highly-regulated industry, is highly desirable.
The role demands a leader with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, who is adept at leading and scaling marketing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments. The CMO will be expected to be a proactive, creative thinker with a history of implementing innovative marketing strategies and a proven ability to deliver measurable results and drive growth through data-supported marketing strategies.
