Position Overview:
As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's digital marketing strategy across various online channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, website development). Your primary focus will be to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth through data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, including identifying target audiences and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build, manage, and mentor a team of digital marketers across various disciplines like paid advertising, website building, and SEO.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing data using analytics tools to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with web development teams/agencies to improve website design, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to improve organic search ranking and drive qualified leads.
- Manage relationships with external agencies responsible for paid ad campaigns, SEO, and web development, including defining and tracking KPIs for agency-delivered work, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams like sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, tactics, and trends.
- Proven experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Expertise in data analysis and using analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of website development and design principles.
- Proficiency in relevant digital marketing tools and platforms (experience with Hubspot Marketing a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience in managing large digital marketing budgets.
Location/Travel: Ideal candidates will reside in Pittsburgh, PA; Denver, CO, or Dallas, TX.
