Job Description Position Overview

As our Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you'll develop marketing initiatives, communicate with customers and prospects via phone and email, lead recruitment for the sales & marketing team, and support the sales team. You'll also manage and train interns, assist with holiday lighting quotes in the fall, and ensure smooth client communication year-round.

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who is organized, creative, and eager to gain experience in marketing, sales, recruiting, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Sales Support: Create and manage campaigns, track performance, oversee social media, and support lead generation. Customer & Prospect Interaction: Handle client inquiries, prepare quotes, and follow up on leads via phone, email, and text. Recruiting: Lead the sales & marketing team in recruitment efforts, such as updating job posts, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews. Seasonal Focus: Summer: Lead marketing projects and manage interns while ensuring top-tier customer service. Fall: Assist with Christmas lighting proposals and sales while continuing marketing efforts. Winter: Support client renewals and marketing while hybrid from home and office. What We're Looking For Degree (or near completion) in marketing, communications, business, or related field. Strong customer service and communication skills-comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and email. Experience in marketing and customer service. Proficiency in Google Suite, and social media platforms preferred. Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn. Tech savvy Compensation

Base Salary + Performance-Based Bonuses

Total Estimated Compensation: $62,000 - $75,000, depending on skills and experience.
