The Digital Media Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our digital media presence across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality digital campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, and organizational skills to enhance our digital footprint.

Digital Media Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Post web content, including events, news briefs and departmental announcements
  • Assist in content management
  • Assist with website quality control (fix broken links, review content, make content/event updates
  • Provide basic web support
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools. Use analytical data to recognize user patterns and trends to help formulate marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines and delivers consistent messaging
  • Email address maintenance in Dynamics
  • Liaison for Foundation emails to include developing list criteria/list pulls, building/testing emails, and creating segments and journeys in Dynamics
  • Point person for Soapbox
  • P2P support point person
  • Manage digital communications calendar
  • Manage digital seed list
  • Create Soapbox donation pages, event registration pages and event ticketing pages.
  • Manage fundraising event pages in WordPress
  • Create QR codes, shortlinks and maintain Foundation Youtube page. Ensure system integration coding is in place for Soapbox to Dynamics integration

Digital Media Coordinator Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Experience : 2 years of relevant experience

Digital Media Coordinator Preferred Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Sales & Marketing desired
  • Experience in digital media, content development, or communications, preferably in the healthcare or nonprofit sector.
  • Experience developing social media campaigns, managing online communities, and leveraging data to optimize outreach and engagement.
  • Ability to translate complex healthcare topics into accessible, engaging content for a variety of platforms.
