$22.86 hourly. Actual salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Central Area/Cocoa/Catherine Schweinsberg Rood Central Library. Work schedule is variable and includes evenings and weekends. Performs entry level professional work assisting a Librarian II in the Youth Services section of the library.



REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree in any areaPLUS one (1) year of paid or volunteer experience working in a public library.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS : Must possess, or obtain prior to employment, a valid Florida driver's license and maintain said license during the term of employment. When usage statistics change, library employees may be assigned to another library. In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man-made disaster that may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed.
