Future Builders Internship - Homebuilding - Marketing

The Homebuilding Intern will be placed within the Division’s Marketing verticals and gain exposure to five key areas of the business by participating in training opportunities throughout the internship. Associates will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennar’s culture through onboarding, hands-on training, and team building. Upon program completion, high-performing interns may return to Lennar for full-time opportunities, such as the Future Builders Field Management Rotational Program.
Marketing Intern
~ Execute the division's e-marketing plan by creating and disseminating social media and email marketing content.
~ Coordinate and participate in various events, including community openings, realtor events, and trade shows, to bolster brand presence.
~ Onsite hub visits to support community marketing needs
~ Facilitate the creation and ordering of marketing collateral and community signage
~ Analyze data from our digital marketing campaigns to measure performance, reach, and efficiency and present findings
~ Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts
Graduating from a 4-year College or University (between December 2025 and May 2026, preferred)
~ Working towards a bachelor's degree in: Marketing
~ S. work visa status for this opportunity (No Sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J1, Opt, CPT, or any other employment-based visa)
~ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position that requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office. It also requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 pounds—finger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator. Office work requires sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, completing paperwork, and receiving/returning phone messages.
